Biography
Two decades of medicine — and a lifelong curiosity for wellness.
Dr. Habib Dalhoumi earned his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2001, completing his Family Medicine residency in 2004. He spent roughly a decade as an associate director of one of Southern California's leading urgent care groups — an experience that shaped his belief that great medicine is equal parts precision, listening, and continuity.
In 2011, Dr. Dalhoumi founded Inspire Wellness in San Diego's Mission Valley to bring integrative, physician-led care under one roof. He has since pursued advanced training in Obesity Medicine, Regenerative Medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement, medical weight management, and non-surgical cosmetic techniques.
He is known for a refined, natural aesthetic approach — with 10,000+ Botox & filler treatments and 1,000+ PDO thread facelifts performed to date (PLACEHOLDER-CONFIRM) — and for a weight-loss and hormone practice built on comprehensive labs, honest conversation, and long-term follow-through.
