Physician-performed dermal filler to replace lost volume, refine contours, and restore facial balance — without changing who you are.
Overview
Dermal filler is how we replace what time and gravity quietly remove: volume in the cheeks, structure along the jaw, definition in the chin, softness in the lips, and support beneath the eyes.
Every filler plan at Inspire Wellness is designed by Dr. Dalhoumi personally, with an anatomy-first approach and a strong preference for restraint. The goal is a face that looks like yours — rested, balanced, and never overdone.
We work with HA-based fillers (like the Juvéderm and Restylane families) and select the right product for each area based on its properties — not a one-size-fits-all menu.

How It Works
A full-face conversation about volume, balance, and what's actually driving the changes you see.
Dr. Dalhoumi maps the areas, products, and volumes best suited to your anatomy and goals.
Photos and topical numbing when helpful. Avoid blood-thinners, alcohol, and fish oil for a few days beforehand to reduce bruising.
Filler is placed with a fine needle or cannula. Most sessions take 30–60 minutes.
Expect mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising for a few days. Avoid heavy exercise and heat for 24–48 hours.
Visible immediately, with final settling over 1–2 weeks. Longevity varies by product: lips 6–12 months, cheeks and jawline up to 18 months.
Why Inspire
Overfilled faces are a technique problem, not a product problem. Dr. Dalhoumi's approach is conservative and restorative — small, deliberate corrections that add up to a face that looks like a well-rested version of you.

FAQ
It depends on the product and the area. Lip filler typically lasts 6–12 months; cheek and jawline filler can last 12–18 months or longer.
Not with our approach. We favor restraint and full-face balance, and we'll always recommend less rather than more when it will look better.
Most modern fillers contain lidocaine, and we use topical numbing when helpful. Most patients tolerate treatment very well.
Cheeks, chin, jawline, temples, tear troughs, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and lips are the most common.
Yes. HA-based fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed — one of the reasons we prefer them.
