HALO TRIBRID™ in San Diego

Joule X · HALO TRIBRID™

The glow you've been chasing.

Sciton's next-generation hybrid fractional laser — combining ablative and non-ablative wavelengths to resurface texture, pores, and fine lines with the signature Halo glow.

Overview

What to know before you book.

HALO TRIBRID is Sciton's newest hybrid fractional laser — the evolution of the original HALO. It combines an ablative wavelength (2940 nm) with two non-ablative wavelengths (1470 nm and 1064 nm) to treat the skin's surface AND deeper layers in a single pass.

The result is a treatment that resurfaces texture, softens fine lines, refines pores, and evens tone — while producing the visible 'Halo glow' that clients describe in the days after treatment.

Because it's fractional, HALO delivers meaningful resurfacing with a fraction of the downtime of traditional ablative lasers. Most patients look presentable within a few days.

How It Works

What to expect at Inspire.

01

Consultation

Skin-type assessment, goals, and a customized treatment depth (mild, moderate, or deeper).

02

Prep

Sun avoidance for 2–4 weeks. Pause retinoids and exfoliants per instructions.

03

Before

Topical numbing is applied for ~45–60 minutes. A cool air device is used for comfort during treatment.

04

During

The HALO handpiece is passed over the treatment area. Most sessions take 30–45 minutes; you'll feel warmth and a prickling sensation.

05

After

Expect a warm, sunburn-like flush for 12–24 hours, then a bronze/sandpaper texture for 3–5 days as micro-exfoliation occurs.

06

Results

The 'glow' typically emerges around day 5–7. Full results continue to improve over 6–8 weeks. Many patients see a significant result from a single treatment; a series can deepen results.

Why Inspire

Resurfacing with less recovery.

HALO TRIBRID gives us the resurfacing power of an ablative laser with the recovery profile of a non-ablative one — because it does both in the same pass. Dr. Dalhoumi personally calibrates every treatment to your skin, tone, and how much downtime you can plan around.

Many patients see substantial results from a single HALO TRIBRID treatment. A series of two treatments can deepen results for deeper texture or scarring concerns.

Yes — many patients do BBL HEROic and HALO TRIBRID in the same visit for tone and texture together. Dr. Dalhoumi will recommend the right combination at consultation.
